    Rev. Shonda Nicole Gladden, Ph.D., M.Div., MT.S.

    Founder & CEO

    The Reverend Shonda Nicole Gladden, PhD, is the CEO of Good to the SOUL, LLC, a faith-informed, justice-centered social enterprise that accompanies young adults and communities in vocational discernment and liberative leadership formation. A scholar, pastor, and public theologian, she works at the intersection of womanist thought, digital culture, and civic engagement, helping people connect their stories and gifts to the work of social transformation. Her writing, teaching, and consulting draw on years of experience in ministry, higher education, and community organizing, cultivating brave spaces where individuals and institutions can imagine lives and structures that are good for their souls and good for the world. Dr. Gladden combines three decades of experience in coaching, business administration, nonprofit management, and real estate sales in leading this emergent social enterprise. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Indiana University, a Master of Divinity and Master of Theological Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts from Morgan State University.
