The Indiana University Health, Inc. (IUH) is currently implementing A Collaborative Community of Practice—Congregations and IU Health Addressing Social Impediments to Health Together, a project funded by Indiana University Health Values Fund for the Integration of Spiritual and Religious Dimensions in Healthcare. This project provides five urban Indianapolis congregations an opportunity to build a deeper and wider health partnership among our congregations, neighbors, and IU Health.
